Received order

Last year I over $900 on glasses. This year I was set to spend $700 on one purchase. The glasses were delayed, I was told that they were made, but not processed, and would have to be made again. Once I finally received my glasses they were made wrong. The process to get them returned was such a long and tedious process, and I was charged a fee for the company's mistake. With such an awful return process, requiring multiple emails and phone calls I will not purchase from Zeelool ever again.
