They are adjustable, came with instructions how you would like them and steps for you as well (still surprised). They do come with pads but they are very lightweight, you can barely feel them which I love. Otherwise, the glasses aren’t heavy but they frame is a bit bigger, or I’m probably getting used to it. The color is really nice, which can go with any clothes you wear, I do recommend them 10/10. I’ll say the price is just right, very good quality and they came less then a week (totally great
